The online registration system is available on 1 October 2008

If you are a company/ travel agent and wish to register an individual, please go to the group registration page and follow the instructions.

Please read the following instructions carefully before making an individual registration

• We require the home or work address of each delegate for our administration. Without an address we cannot proceed with the registration.
• Shortly after receipt of your completed online registration you will be sent a confirmation and an invoice for your registration by email. Please check the confirmation carefully and contact the EAU Congress Office if you have questions or remarks.

HOW TO MAKE AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION ONLINE

In order to register yourself for the congress you need to log in on the online registration system with your username and password. If you never requested or received a password from the EAU before, you can request a username and password on the first page of the online registration system. After having received your username and password you can start registering yourself.
Choose "Individual registrations" if you wish to register only yourself.

FEE REDUCTIONS

• EAU member:
  The EAU member registration fee will automatically be calculated by the online registration system. The online registration system will alert you if membership fee payment is due. In this case please contact the membership department: membership@uroweb.org
• EAU junior member / EAU junior international member:
  The EAU junior member / EAU junior international member registration fee will automatically be calculated by the online registration system. The online registration system will alert you if membership fee payment is due. In this case please contact the membership department: membership@uroweb.org
  After completing your registration you will be sent a confirmation together with an invoice for any extra fees that need to be paid. The invoice can be filled in with credit card details and faxed back to the Congress Consultants, fax: +31 26 389 17 52
• Ph.D. Researcher EAU affiliated member:
  The Ph.D Researcher EAU affiliated member registration fee will automatically be calculated by the online registration system. The online registration system will alert you if membership fee payment is due. In this case please contact the membership department: membership@uroweb.org. A proof of status is required to confirm your status as Ph.D Researcher. Without a proof of status, reduction on the registration fee will not be granted.
• Non EAU member
  If you are a resident, PhD Researcher or a nurse; please send a proof of status to Congress Consultants, the EAU Congress Office. This does not apply to members of the EAU or EAUN. A proof of status is an official letter written by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead. Without a proof of status, reduction on the registration fee will not be granted.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Non-sponsored EAU-members from low currency countries can apply for financial support (not for travel grants). This support applies to registration and ESU courses only (50% reduction on the registration fee and ESU course fee). Please state your EAU membership number and full name, address and contact details.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT & ONLINE REGISTRATION

Since there is no facility while making an online registration to indicate that you will receive support it is important to know that you can only indicate to pay by bank transfer or cheque. Your registration and support request will be checked and processed at the EAU Congress Office. Thereafter you will be sent a confirmation together with an invoice for the fees that need to be paid. REGISTRATION DEADLINES

• Early:
  12 January 2009: deadline payment early registrations fee (payment should have been received by the EAU)
• Late:
  12 February 2009: deadline payment late registrations fee (payment should have been received by the EAU)
• Online registrations:
  27 February 2009: deadline online registrations. After this date registrations can be made on-site at the congress venue from 17-21 March 2009.
