Registration procedure
All registrations must be made through the official online registration system, which will be available on 1 October 2008.
No registration will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment details (banker's draft, copy of bank transfer or credit card, in Euro only). The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the required fees. In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays, advance registration will close on 27 February 2009. After this date registrations can be made on-site at the congress venue from 17-21 March 2009.

Individual Registrations (if you would like to register yourself)
All individual registrations must be made through the official online registration system.
In order to make an individual registration, please choose the option "Register Myself".

Group Registrations (if you would like to register another or multiple person(s))
Group registration is only possible for companies or travel agencies wishing to register person(s) for the congress. Registrations will not be accepted without the work or home address of each delegate.

Press Registrations
Journalists can obtain free registration to the Congress at the Press Desk or register in advance (recommended) through the online registration system. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2008/2009, original assignment letter).
Journalists will receive an entitlement list upon registration which entitles them to a copy of the press pack.
All press are invited to report to the EAU Press Centre to pick up their press pack and to obtain any assistance they require. Internet access, a fax machine, printer and photocopier are provided. For details about the EAU embargo policy please click here.

Exhibitor Registrations
The exhibitor badge(s) and the free full registration(s) have to be ordered online. In December all exhibiting companies will receive a username and password to enter the exhibitor registration section of the EAU website.      
You may only register as an exhibitor if your company is an exhibitor at the congress.
Exhibitors are only entitled entry to the following areas: 
    
- Technical Exhibition
- Sponsored Symposia
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail

Membership
Please note that outstanding payments for EAU membership will be checked by the EAU Central Office.
Reduction on the registration fee will not be granted if there are outstanding amounts.

Financial support
Non-sponsored EAU-members from low currency countries can apply for financial support (not for travel grants). This support applies to registration and ESU courses only (50% reduction on the registration fee and ESU course fee). Please state your EAU membership number and full name, address and contact details.
